Well it is not up on MLS yet today, the put it on yesterday so between today and tomorrow it should be up. We are selling a 2 bed 1.5 bth townhouse. It has all new appliances except the stove and ref., brand new brick patio, new hot water heater. It is in a gatted community, in Manorville. manorville is gorgeous, but not to live full time, maybe as a summer home.
