Wedding Album/Video turn around time???

Hello Brides of LI Weddings! All of your posts and reviews helped me plan the most amazing wedding and day of my life! I have a question I hope some of you will take the time to answer. We were married Sept. 2nd 2012 (13 months ago) and we STILL HAVENT RECEIVED our completed wedding album, parent albums, or wedding video from our photographer :( We have been so patient and have been in contact with them trying to get answers as to why they aren't done yet when we picked out our 50 photos for the album back in January! We are repeatedly being told that they are working on it, it's almost done, it looks beautiful so far but it's not done yet, etc.

What was the turn around for your albums and videos??! Is it unreasonable for us to be upset that we don't have our album and video we payed a lot of money for almost 14 MONTHS LATER?

i obviously haven't gotten married yet, so i don't know how long mine will take, but i would think that is a ridiculously long turn around time. they have no excuse at this point.
