So i went and bought my FH wedding band today at Jared, and i love the store. It was not inexpensive but i love how it is different than most i've seen. Im going to surprise FH and have him go in for a ring sizing and then let him know i bought it already. I'm just courious if there is a rule of thumb for purchasing a wedding band, or what most spend.
Whatever works for you and him. Wedding bands can go from anywhere under $100 to in the thousands....
depends on what it is.. FHs ring was about 1500

i don't think there is any rule of thumb of what the fh's wedding band should cost.
i just told fh to pick out something he liked, we didn't care about cost, and it ended up being around $400

no rule of thumb there. FH and I went together cuz we both wanted to make sure we liked out bands, Mine was like 1,500 and Fh's was like $500
Fh and I went together to pick it out...I wanted him to have a say in what he wanted...We ended up spending about $1000 on his and $1900 on mine
We actually went to look for his ring togeather and at every store i knew the one he would pick. I wanted to surprise him a little and i know he would of said no because the price tag so i bought it anyway, my tax refund is on it;s way and spent. We have this on going joke about Jared store because he told his newphew he was proposing to me and his newphew said 'is it from Jared' it was cute he;s 6 he watches to much tv, lol.

That's a gorgeous ring. FH wants a Tungsten band and plans to order it online, so I think his is only going to be around $100. Which is great b/c the money we save can be used on mine![]()
