Wedding band engraving

How many of you did it, and what did they say if you don't mind sharing :)

FH and I ordered our rings and have some time still to figure out the engravings, and although we have many strange and cute lines we could put in there....we wonder how we'll feel about it 30 years down the road, or what the jeweler will say hahaha

That's great.

I kinda want to engrave 'Put it back on.' on it. But, I'll probably just do our wedding date. No excuse for forgetting anniversaries then!

We want them engraved. I was just thinking maybe

'I am my beloved's, and my beloved is mine.'

One ring would have, 'I am my beloved's..'
and the other would have, 'and my beloved is mine.'

Have to see what FH thinks.

i think that's cute! when i first read it though, the first thing i thought of was that it was kind of like 'i own my wife/husband' and 'my wife/husband owns me'

hahahah That's the only reason why I'm thinking of not doing it!! hahaha I don't know!

my gf and her new hubby, surprised each other with the engraving...


they both ended up putting 'I love you this much'

that's their little 'thing'

I like the idea of each others' names... but i think the cute saying is also nice
