So FH and I searched for this ring a year ago and FINALLY found it. We were SO happy and I absolutely love it! Now we are on the hunt for wedding bands. His is easy but when I show jewelers mine, they give me this blank look and are like 'yeah we don't have anything that would go with that'.
My last resort is to have something custom made but I am sooo scared of the cost of doing that. We can't afford much because we are paying for the wedding ourselves. The last thing I really want is to give up my engagement ring...
My center stone juts out a bit from the ring, not as much as that ring though. I got a contour wedding band, it has a curve in it that goes around and hugs the center stone. HTH!

Yeah a contour wedding band wouldn't fit with this. We tried a band like that at one jeweler but there was too much of a gap. Thanks for the idea though!

Would you consider wearing the band and the e-ring on opposite hands?
If not, I think your best bet is to go to different jewelers and try on different styles. I thought I was going to have a problem finding a band that would work because I have a 3 stone setting with hearts, so it's an odd shape to work with. I found a band that fits perfectly with my e-ring at Gennaro's in Bellmore. They were incredibly patient and helpful.
Good luck!

I agree with wearing them on separate hands. I was going to wear my great grandma's ring which is too thick to have on the same hand as my ering so I was going to transfer it to my right hand.
I only changed my mind because my hands are very small and my ggma's ring overwhelmed my hand.

Try Macy's or Na Hoku, I saw something similar to your engagement ring. I'm sure they'll have a sales specialist to see which wedding bands can go with your engagement ring. If neither stores work, try searching on Ebay for a vendor that might be able to customized something for you on your budget.

Im sure you can find somthing if you dont mind a gap in between. There is a gap in between my rings and you really dont notice it...I would just keep going to jewelers...Why not go the the Diamond District in the city...they should have somthing there

Can you go back to the place where you bought the e-ring? They usually have wedding bands that match with their e-rings.

Re: Wedding Band Woes
I was going to suggest one of two things.
1- They have lovely rings that I suppose are called contour rings that fit along cuts like that. I seem to remember there was a place at a jewelry exchange flea market place in sayville or maybe in tri county they must have something!
2- I know in Greek tradition, once you get married you wear your engagement ring on your right middle finger and your wedding band on your left ring finger, maybe you could consider doing something like this?

Re: Wedding Band Woes
You have to decide if you're willing to move your e-ring to your right hand. Otherwise, you have to decide if you’re ok with a gap. My e-ring has a crown setting that curves away from the band. I couldn’t have any w-band that would sit without a gap. So, FH and I found a w-band that matches and complements my e-ring. I love them both so much that I don’t even mind the small gap at all!
I didn’t want to buy a contoured w-band b/c I want the option of wearing my w-band w/o my e-ring, or wearing them on separate hands.
Just keep your eyes open. You’ll fall in love with something.

Have you ever looked at the selection on bluenile.com? They have so many wedding bands and they're reasonable. I have a coupon code for $$ off a wedding band purchase, FM me if you want more info!

Actually we did that - but the ring wasn't a 'wedding engagement ring' so they just said sorry :/

Brilliant earth actually has a similar setting as yours.
You can have a wedding band made so it fits the curves of your ring. I'm not sure if its the exact same setting but heres the picture
THANK YOU ALL for the responses and help!! I went last week to a mall in NJ and talked with Kay Jewelwers. They are have a big diamond custom event on June 6th where they can sit with you and make your ring right on the spot. When I showed them my ring, they were very helpful with ideas. They said to stop in on June 6th and they can work with me on the ring. If they can't make one on the spot, they can make plans to customize one and work with me and my budget. Wish me luck!

you can also try Elsa Jewelers - they're a vendor on here and are highly recommended by a lot of top catering halls... they only do custom work and its actually affordable. they can match anything. they're located in Farmingdale on Rt. 110.
ETA: They also encourage you to look around a bit before you go to them so you have an idea of a price range and budget, as well as what you might want, and they really try to work within your budget and explain how to stick to it or why something might be more or less.

I am having the same problem with my e-ring, they can make something custom, but if I wear the wedding band alone it would look weird. I love my e-ring, but I decided it would be best to just wear them separate. My girlfriend has the same e-ring as you and she wears them on separate hands.
