How soon is too soon to begin shopping for wedding bands?

i guess you can get them whenever you want, we got ours about 3 months before...

You can shop around as early as you want just to get an idea of what styles you like. Everytime I pass a jewelry store, I also sneak a peek at the wedding bands and try a couple on to see if I like that design for me.

I don't think we are going to actually go shopping for them until about January (so 5 months before).

you can look around whenever......

we went looking to the same jewlerer where FH got our ering about 5 months after we got engaged.......we will officially go and order them sometime this summer..

we ordered ours last weekend. We are 2wks from the 6 month mark.

Whenever as long as you're sure your taste wont change.... We got them over a year in advance only bc we went with whitehall who was going out of business

it's really up to you... i already started shopping and i have more than a yr left...

but i'm purchasing the matching band to my e-ring... from the same designer.. so might as well get it early since the prices tend to rise every year...

we just picked them out, 6 months before. they are coming in 2 weeks :)

I am going to pick mine up next weekend and I am 20 months away. I wanted an insert, and everyone was telling me i had to have it custom made, so when i found the exact one i wanted in a showcase, i had to put a deposit on it and snatch it up! So really it's never too early if you know what you want and if you get a good deal.

I actually ordered my wedding band when I picked out my final e ring. lol. I've changed mine so many times, I cant even remember what the others looked like anymore.

Fell in love w the band and changed the e ring to sorta match it even though i cant even wear them together. Its a ridiculous ring. lol

Bc I felt so guilty spending so much on my wedding band, I told FH he can pick anything out he wants. He hasn't looked yet.

You can look as early as you want really.
