Wedding Cake?

I'm curious as to what one costs? Can anyone give me a price range? I'm sure it depends on many things such as size, style, etc....maybe a range for just the traditional 3-tier cake...THANKS!

Wedding Cake?

Doesn't your reception hall give one to you? I am getting married at the Watermill in April and it's included with our package. Lisa

Wedding Cake?

We are getting an 'occasion cake' with our package which is just a pretty sheet cake. We wanted something a little fancier since it's our wedding.

I am getting married at the Watermill too, but we didn't get to the cake part yet. Our wedding is in June. Did you pick yours out yet? Did they have a good selection? I have an idea of what I want, but I'm not sure of their choices. Are you having real flowers on it?

I am also getting married at the Watermill and you can choose from four cakes. You can see the pictures of the four cakes on www.watermillcaterers.com.

I love the Princess Fondant!

No, I haven't gotten up to the wedding cake part. My wedding is in April, so we will meet with the Watermill in March to go over the menu. I love the Princess Fondant cake, so pretty. I'm sure fresh flowers are extra! We'll have to see!

That's my favorite cake too! Unfortunately that one you have to pay extra for. I remember the banquet mgr. saying only A,B,C,and D were free. That is the four on the first row on their web site.

I didn't ask how much extra that cake would be. I saw it in the book and loved it and then realized it wasn't one of the four free choices. I'm hoping it isn't too much extra, if it is then I'll just pick one of the plain cakes and have the florist put flowers all over it (that would be extra too of course). When are you getting married there? Which room do you have?

julybride........

I'm getting married July of next year, in the downstairs room. I'm having an afternoon wedding and having my ceremony there. You must be so excited since April is coming up quick! It seems so far from now with July of 2003, which is good b/c I have yet to do anything else like book vendors, etc. Who are you having for DJ, florist, and photographer?
