we are not having any berry fillings. we love chocolate, but to make it fair to our guests, we are having a chocolate and vanilla cake. with a butter cream icing. plain and simple, but YUMMY!

our cake is included, so I have cut outs of cakes I love, so they can make it.

OMG how funny, so many people I know have never even had it. We always have a hard time finding it!!!

I don't know what we will end up with, but I love canoli cake and red velvet cake. The other day I was thinking maybe something fruity though because it's the summer, like orange or lemon.

I want fondant. And I want different flavors...chocolate cake with raspberry filling and strawberries & cream alternating for each tier...with the biggest tier being chocolate cake!

I told FH that I wanted red velvet, especially since we are getting married in FEB, I thought the deep red would be a cute touch, but then he said that if it is not made right, red velvet can be really dry. But I mean it's not like the baker has never done it before right??

I would like a redvelvet cake but I'm concerned about it not tasting the right way...i usually get mine from cakeman raven. don't know how my RH would react to outside bakeries!

Jericho terrace has absolutely no problem with it at all so dont even worry. I asked when we first met with them and our Bm said 'yeah go ahead its not a problem at all' he even was telling us how one bride recently had a colette peters cake and how gorgeous it was. He even started asking us 'Oooo what kind of cake youre going to get' and was 100% fine with it.

I want a chocolate cake with a raspberry filling!!!
