I knew i wanted mine to be at the end of september because i figured the temperture would be just right.. We were orignally thinking that saturday night would be best but ended up going with a friday because it was little bit more affordable based on the size of our wedding and the rh that we just loved.

we opicked 5-3-08 cause wanted the beginning of may and the weather is georgous then so we picked the first weekend in may

November was cheaper than the other months we were looking in to. But since it was the first week in Nov. we figured the weather would still be pretty decent. We saved about 30 or more dollars per plate choosing that date instead of the oct. date we wanted and we picked a friday cause it also fit into our budget better. now i just love the way my date sounds too 11-7.. i dunno why..maybe its cause im a big fat loser with nothing better to do than plan my wedding..lmao

FH and I picked June 21st because we love the month to start, the weather is awesome in June and June 21st is the Last day of Spring....and the First day of Summer.....which to us symbolized a change in season (for us a change in life) and new beginnings!!

i always knew an october wedding was in my future....i was never the girl that planned her wedding unti now, but I always knew I wanted to get married in october....We both love the month and FH agreed it was the best time of the year. We both love the fall colors, weather and the change of life feeling it brings after a crazy summer.....There were very few dates in October that were not someone elses..........FH birthday is 10/14, my birthday is 10/10 parents anniversary is 10/11 his brothers birthday etc.....when we were looking at halls we were looking at sunday and friday wedding days because of the price, but when steve at WSCC mentioned the 10/4 Saturday date in our price I couldn't resist.....10/4 it is over and out

Our original date was 6-27-08 and we picked it b/c 1. we needed the summer, I am a teacher and 2. both of our b-days are the27th of different months so we love the # 27. Then we found out his cousin from Maryland was getting married the next day so, they since have called off the wedding . So we changed it to the next available Friday which was 7-11-08. Now I love my new date. 7-11 can't forget that one

we originally wanted march but then there where already some weddings in march so we didnt want to book more for family to have to go to.. september and october same problem... we knew we didnt want a summer wedding we originally wanted 11/8 but then there was a wedding on the 11/7 so both the church and halls had the 15th and decided we loved that date so 11/15 it is....

For some reason I have wanted our wedding date since high school. I didn't know FH then but I love the date. I never thought it would end up on a Saturday the year I am ready to get married. I was so excited.

I had always said I wanted a fall wedding. So when we were looking at reception halls we were asking about October dates, only one reception hall (NRC, where our wedding is) had one october date available and that was Halloween. So she gave us a choice of 10/31 or 11/7..one week apart, yet it was like a $20 difference pp. So we opted for 11/7..besides I hateeeeeeee halloween lol

I knew I wanted a fall wedding and FH wanted a fall or winter wedding. I talked him out of it saying I didn't want our guests to be all depressed with the hoilidays AND our wedding so we decided on fall...I knew I preferred October, and for some reason when I was thinking of a date in fall the 18th stuck out in my head...not sure why...so October 18th it is.
