My wedding is still a while away, but I'm really worried about using the restroom that day with a wedding dress on. Well, the problem is that I drink beer, I don't like to drink liquor. So, I know that I'll be in the bathroom constantly. How are you suppose to go with a huge dress on? I've heard that you need a few people to help hold your dress while you go. I'm sorry, but I am not close enough with anyone to be in there while I go. Not even my mom. What did everyone else do? I know this is silly, but I just thought I'd ask.

Wedding day question...
Well, you could always use the bathroom in the bridal suite. That way you could slip out of the dress and use the facilities.
Or...after a few drinks, you'll be tipsy and won't care who's in the bathroom with you.

Wedding day question...
What happened to me, is that like you I really enjoy beer> I told myself that I was not going to drink any in the Limo because if we get stuck in traffic, I'd have a problem, also the focus is on you that day so you don't want to be sloppy(I've seen it, not attractive at all) I can honestly say that I really enjoyed myself during the cocktail hour, by the time the reception came and I started dancing, I didn't have to go at all. I hope this helps, good luck!

Wedding day question...
I was able to manage a full skirt with the crinoline slip and a bustled train without a problem. I also found that I was so busy I didn't have time to drink. I had a glass of champagne in the limo, part of a scotch sour at the coctail hour, and some Pellegrino water at dinner - that's it. I was either talking, eating or dancing the rest of the time (or posing for photos)
If it really worries you and you have not yet picked out your dress, look for one with a detachable train, or try on some flowing a-line styles that might be easier for you to manage.

Wedding Dress/Bathroom
I had a huge full skirt with crinolin and all. My Sister-in-Law was the only one around who could help me. And it really wasn't that bad with two of us. And it's not like she could see anything anyway under all that material. We just had to leave the stall open -- and we used the one in the bridal suite.

I used the bridal suite and took my gown off. It was just easier that way.
