wedding day timeline

I plan on starting a draft of my wedding day timeline this weekend, since I know this is one of the few weekends I will have time to sit down and think it through - we are very busy this year! Also because I am in the process of booking my hair and makeup artists and need to meet with our photographer soon.

Does anyone else who is doing this/did this already want to share theirs??

we did it but need to revamp.
basically we found that working backwards is the best thing to do.

Just did ours! I started with what time we wanted to get to the hall and then called hair and makeup vendors to find out when they wanted to start so that I can leave on time! Lol

If you have it handy I'd love to compare! Mine seems very simple, which is not like me, I'm very detail-oriented and my family thinks I'm being too controlling lol

Here is a rough draft of mines. Obv haven't confirmed time with hair, MU, photographers yet since I'm still 6 months away.

9:00am – Myself and girls start getting ready
(Leaves 4-4½ hours to prepare)

1:30pm be ready!

2:00-2:30pm – 1st look

2:30-3:00pm – travel to picture location

3:00-4:30pm – take pictures @ Picture location

4:30-5:00pm – travel to Swan Club

5:00pm – arrive at Swan Club, settle in.

5:30-6:30pm – pictures at Swan Club grounds

6:30pm – prepare for ceremony

7:00-7:30pm – Ceremony

7:30-8:30pm – Cocktail Hour

8:30pm-12:30am – Reception

ours is a little different since we have 2 brides and only did 1 + asst on photo & 1 video-- also havent reviewed/ updated for what hair & makeup people said:

9/10am- (fw) hair & makeup
11am- (me) hair & make up
1230-130 'getting ready' pix (fw)
2-3PM 'getting ready pix' (me)
230 limo p/u @ fw to downtown npt
3/315 limo p/u @ me to downtown npt
330-445 reveal downtown & pix
5-530 some pix @ larkfield
6 - guests arrive (hosp hour)
630 ceremony
7 cocktail hour
8 reception
12 end
