Wedding Day Tips

I just met with a few friends that are newlyweds. They shared 3 great tips with me for your wedding day that I wanted to share.

1 - Eat a balanced breakfast. Eggs, toast ... Don't eat sugary donuts or muffins she said b/c it will give you a headache within a few hours. The idea is to have energy for the long day ahead.

2 - Drink gatorade instead of water during the night.

3 - When you get your dress fitted have them fit it so that the heavy dress leans in your hips. This is so that you aren't pulling up your dress the whole night by your boobs.

I was hoping that other newlyweds could share their wedding day tips or anyone that has newlywed friends.

my cousin's make up lady always tells her brides to take benadryl the day before the wedding - dont take it too late in the day or you will never wake up but at some point in the day

my cousin didnt listen to this advice was rushed to the ER the night before the wedding and was there until 8am with hives all over her body - they had to give her two shots of benadryl at the hospital and she was puffy all morning!!

thank god by the time the photg came she was stunning but i will be following this bc i have gotten hives in the past and never figured out why!!!

yeah please dont take it then!!!!

she still doesnt know - when she got back from her HM she went to allergists and all types of doctors. . . no one could figure it out and it never happened again! i guess it was stress related!!

Smiling ... that is a great one

Gatorade will quench your thirst and give you energy through out the day. Oh yeah DO NOT drionk the red gatorade - y? you do not want it on your dress!

Lets see...

I think the #1 piece of advice I can give is RELAX and HAVE FUN!! Its your wedding day! Things are going to go wrong, but don't sweat it!

Also do be sure to eat something in the morning! I had a bagel and that was fine.
