For all of you who feel like you need to lose weight for your wedding .... I am obviously guilty of this and have already lost 25 pounds, but this was still a great read to put things into perspective.
AMAZING!!!! I'm trying to lose some weight, but only because I gained about 20 pounds in the past few months...I want to just get back to me...no bigger, no smaller...the person my FH fell in love with...Thanks for sharing!!

That is exactly why I lost weight. I want to look like ME, not like some tiny, weird version that doesn't even resemble me. I had back surgery and couldn't move for like 2 years and gained a lot of weight.

Agreed! I'm working to getting back to where I was when I met FH too! 10 lbs down, 10 more to go!
