How much weight is everyone down, how much more do you have to go, and what are you doing to get there?
As of today I am down 12 pounds (since April), I've been doing WW online. I also did the 9 day Isagenix cleanse (its really 11 days though because of 2 pre cleansing days). I finished the cleanse exactly a week ago, and since then, manually lowered my WW daily points from 22 to 20. I am 6 pounds away from goal weight!! I've also been really consistent at the gym, going 4 times a week. After the wedding I plan to maintain this super healthy lifestyle and weight. I feel good and it isn't hard to stick to.

Are you busy or lazy because I found I used to say I was too busy but now I find at least an hour five times a week.

Re: Wedding Dieters
I've lost about 3-5 pounds...yeah bronchitis!
So far my diet and excercise plan hasn't really worked...I'm actually looking to GAIN weight, but tone up at the same time, and I think it's just too much of a contradiction to work. I'm still too underweight for my height, and I ride a very fine line between looking normal and looking very sick, even though there's nothing really wrong.
If anyone has any advice, I'd certainly appreciate it.

Re: Wedding Dieters
Just started South Beach on Monday w/FH. We've done it before and it is so easy. Basically, for the 1st 9-14 days (phase1) you reset your metabolism by cutting out sugar, all carbs, and fruit. You can eat all regular food-chicken, steak, fish, veggies. You can eat as much as you want too-no calorie counting or points. The theory is that your body burns more fat when it breaks down protein. Also protein is digested more slowly so you feel full for longer and have more energy.
After 9-14 days (phase 2) you can add back fruit and only whole grain carbs-brown rice, whole wheat pasta etc. You can do this phase for as long as you want/need.
Once you reach your goal you can go to phase 3 where you add back some of the bad stuff but in moderation. This is the hard part!
The last time we did this FH lost almost 30 lbs. He lost 13 in the 1st 2 weeks. I didn't lose that much but I have less to lose.
Let me know if you want more info/recipies. I'd love to help!

Re: Wedding Dieters
Since mid-April I've lost 17 lbs. I would like to lose about 10 more maybe 15 to look really good on the honeymoon I went to a nutritionist and he put me on a specific meal plan made for me and how my body works and I've been squeezing in visits to the gym when I can.
Great job ladies!!!! Everyone is doing really great with their diets and losing weight! Congrats! Keep up the good work!

I am a South beach devotee!! Its such an amazing diet-while I'm on WW, I'm incorporating 'Phase 2' of SB also. So its like the best of both!

Re: Wedding Dieters
I've been doing WW for a few weeks and lost almost 5 lbs already. I fell off over the weekend with the holiday but have been working out every day this week to counter my BBQ and beer indulgence. Phase 2 of the South Beach diet is pretty much the way I eat anyway. I never EVER eat dessert, I'm into savory food, not sweets. I avoid all the white stuff.... potatoes, sugar, white bread, pasta, rice. My weakness is wine, but I limit it to red wine on the weekends only. And a 4oz glass is 2 WW points so I measure it, like a lunatic. I try to fill up on veggies and lean protein. OH and I SWEAR that eating breakfast regularly has boosted my metabolism! I'd like to lose about 5 more lbs and firm up my stomach and arms for the wedding. I'm on level 3 of the 30 Day Shred and hit the gym in between.

Did you like going to a nutritionist? I've always wanted to go to one. Did they do some tests to see how your body works and burns cals, etc? I'm so curious about this!! Can you FM me some info on it? Like who where, price? etc.

Re: Wedding Dieters
I wanted to lose 10 pounds and so far I’ve lost… 3. But my final fitting is today and the wedding is in 2 weeks, so I guess it’s too late now!
