I cannot wait to wear my wedding dress!!! I just wish I was able to wear it for more then one day in my life!!! It's not fair!

I completely agree. That's why whenever i pass the shop that has my sample dress i stop in and try it on. At first the lady thought i was nuts, now she just laughs and when i come in she says 'ill go get it.' I stop in so often to see how my body is changing. Each time i go in the sample fits a little better and i get all excited I may need a psychiatrist after my wedding is over.

we should organize some end of the year get together event where we have to where our dresses.......like a wedding of the year but with all brides in their dresses......maybe a fundraiser or something........could be fun!

i would SO donate money so that i could wear my dress again!!

IIts not fair that we only get to wear it for one day.. My sister did some cute things with her dress:

1- used material to make throw pillows on her couch....adorable

2- made my nieces baptism dress

wearing it for halloween is a good idea too... but I love the donation thing... keep your eyes open to hear from me after my wedding on May 25th 2008.. I will be setting up a date for the event!!

I love the idea of a charity fundraiser where we all wear our dress again. (Brides for Breast Cancer; 'The Giving Gowns' Dinner Dance (each year donate to a different charity). If anyone steps up to organize this...I'm definitely in....Coach416??? I'm sure we could get sizable donations from local hotels/banquet halls, etc. if News 12 and Newsday were involved. Can't you see how BADLY I want to wear my beautiful dress again and again???? Seriously though, it could be an incredibly rewarding and fun experience.
