I cannot wait to wear my wedding dress!!! I just wish I was able to wear it for more then one day in my life!!! It's not fair!

we should organize some end of the year get together event where we have to where our dresses.......like a wedding of the year but with all brides in their dresses......maybe a fundraiser or something........could be fun!

OMG that is a wonderful idea!!! Because I spent so much money on something that I love and will only get to see on a hanger for years to come. And you know there is usually no one that will use it again.. unless you preserve it, it will be old and yellowed by the time you have kids that are getting married!!

well seeing as it would be an event attended by women mostly we could have it be a breast cancer fundraiser.....
being a special ed. teacher I also thought of an autism fundraiser
or
as a coach about a women in sports fundraiser....
breast cancer though would probably work best...

OMG!! I totally feel the same way. I am soo afraid that once it comes in, I will be calling every day to go in and try it on......and then I might be banned from the store completely

That's funny...I actually told everyone at work this year that I was going to be a Bride for every Halloween from now on...I figured...what the hell...its the one day a year I can wear it...

I know! I'm still waiting for mine to come in... maybe another month or so. then i can try it on again for my fitting lol can't wait to get that special feeling again (oh that sounds cheesy )

in the earlier part of the 1900's women who were just married were expected to wear their wedding dress out for every opera or 'grand' outing for that entire year.
