Wedding Dresses

Why does everyne keep posting that they got a 'deal' on their wedding dress?? Am I a moron, I just paid 1059 for my Jenna plus tax, should i have shopped around?????????

Did you check other places?? I don't know how much that dress normally costs.. Mine wasn't that much

Depends where you buy from.. Some bridal shops will lower a price to get your business from another shop.

No, i dont think i spent too much on a dress per say, but if I was supposed to know to bargain then I didnt even try once! Lol

Exactly... like if you picked ur dress got a price from one shop then went into another and it was more you can tell them so they would negotiate the price if they wanted ur business.

There was someone on here recently that was suggesting their 'guy' to get Maggie's from, is that where you saw it? (I'm thinking the posts were taken down)

I got kind of a deal on mine; I opted for glass beads instead of Swarovsky crystals and it was half the price!! I would have paid about 1500 just for the name - they look exactly alike!

Not sure what yours looks like but maybe you can ask if there's an option like that available?
