Wedding favors

Wedding favors

FH and I are so excited that we found these Mikasa candy dishes/votive holders to give as favors for a good price. Now we are debating if we should leave them in the boxes to give out at the end of the night, or if we should put tea lights in them and use them to decorate the tables during the reception. Then we could give the guests the boxes they came in at the end of the night to take them home in. Is is tacky though, to use them and then give them as favors???

i'd leave them in a box.. people may leave them behind...

I would leave them in the box for people to take.

I would leave them in the boxes. People may not realize they can take them home.

I would leave them in the boxes and wrap them up nice. If you use them as decorations people might not realize that they're favors, plus you don't want to worry about handing out boxes at the end of the night.
