wedding gift....

What are you ladies getting your FH for your wedding day? Mine wants a bike....I don't think that's an appropriate gift, do you?

I bought FH diamond studs although he doesn't know it. They are hidden about 5 feet from where he sleeps every night!
I will have him 'find' them on the morning of our wedding while I am at my moms getting ready.
Inside the box, I made a note that says:
'Like Diamonds, we are Forever'

What kind of bike does he want?

My FH has hinted he'd like a new set of golf clubs. I told him it's just way out of our budget right now, maybe for one of our anniversaries he'll get them as a gift... PS- I already bought them for him!! Can't wait to see the look on his face!! When is everyone exchanging? I think we're planning for the day of the rehearsal...

I think we're going to be so broke, I better get his gift now. I thought we'd buy each other our wedding bands, and that was the gift. . . Hmmm, if I have to buy another one, I guess it will be some tickets to a basketball or football game for him and a friend- Is that not romantic enough? I think he might really appreciate it.

I bought my husband a beautiful pocket watch and had it engraved with his monogram on the outside and our wedding song and date on the inside.

He bought me the pearls that I wore on our wedding day.

My fi has been dyeing for a movado watch. Thank goodness he likes the older one better! I would buy anything for him but this wedding has left me brooooooooookkkkkkkkkkeeeeee!!!!!!

We were going to get each other new golf clubs, but ended up getting a puppy...

Yes, we spent so much on the wedding, theat Iour gift to each other were our vows, and our love we shared that day. That is what he said to me.
But he did send me a doxen white roses the morning of the wedding, and I left him a nice card on his dresser at the house the night before. No matter what you give as gifts its not cheesy.
I would also have to say the honeymoon was our gift, since we paid for it. Ladies dont stress out over getting gifts, its the thought of sharing your day together is the best gift you can give each other. I know this may sound cheesey, but you spend so much $$$ and stress into planning your day, dont stress over this.

I found silver cufflinks with a fleur de lies on them (he is from canada) and I am going to switch them in the box from the cheapies he has from the tux place. I also had someone sketch a picture of the spot where we got engages, and then print the words to our wedding song below that, I'm going to frame that and give it to him also.
