My FH is insisting that we play the 'chicken song' at our wedding. I can't stand the song but he insists that it is a song that has been played traditionally at weddings in his family. We decided to let you guys vote. Do you think that we should play this song. Please vote. TIA

I would go with the 'never ever play that song' on this one......although some find it fun, I think it's just a little too immature for a wedding....maybe you & FH can agree on a different 'group' dance- the electric slide or the cha cha slide perhaps?? ANYTHING but the chicken dance!!! lol sorry I just can't take that song!!

there will be no chicken dance, electric slide, or macarena at our wedding...we will however have Honky Tonk Budonkadonk...but that's an inside joke for FH & me ;)

OK~ So, the ONLY group dance song I would ever, ever consider IS, in fact, the Chicken Song. It just reminds me of good family times and silliness

One of the great things about a Jewish wedding is we get a half hour of awesome silly group dancing and don't need any of those songs for that. woot!
