Wedding Picture Props

Our photographer suggested that we bring some sort of prop to the photo shoot. (ie teddy bear, balloons, sun umbrella, etc.)

Have any suggestions that may look cute in pics?

Are you using Something in Blue? Are they serious? I'm surprised that they asked you to bring a prop as that's not their style at all.

I would avoid props to be honest - and stick with the wedding items - boq, rings, invitation, etc.

Yes, they recommended to bring something unique that would add a little flare to the traditional pics.

my friend heather brought the cute Yankees build-a-bear that her DH used when he proposed to her, on her wedding day for pics and such. i think something along those lines could be nice. a sentimental item--but like a regular balloon or umbrella (unless its raining) i would stay away from things like that.

I am thinking of using SIB as well, a prop for what?? the day of the wedding? YOur wedding bands??? I have no idea

Jack & Margaret are amazing...I promise you that you will love their style (as long as it's in your budget of course.)

In regards to teh prop thing...I'd avoid it - IMHO.

Thanks for the info, I will be visiting them soon, I really like their style, after visiting other photograpaers, I have seen what I like and dont like and what I want and dont want. and I def like them

I'm planning to get my girls parasols -- to shade them from the sun while we are out taking pics. I'm sure we'll get some cute pics with those.

Props are, however, totally unecessary.
