I used a three ring binder that a friend gave me. It had plastic sleeves for business cards. Folders, pocket folders. It came with a big rubber band around it to keep it from popping open. It came in so handy!!!!!!!

Re: Wedding Planner / Notebook
So I ended up getting the pocket-sized version of the Ultimate Wedding Planner so many of you recommended to me:
I like all the worksheets and checklists, and how you can do a side-by-side comparison of florists and other vendors. Also, it'll fit in my pocketbook so I'll still look trendy carrying it around town! But it doesn't have room for full-page cut-outs from magazines, so I'm going to do as a lot of you suggested and also get a Binder from Staples with clear plastic pages I can slip my findings into. Thanks!

I got a folio type thing at staples for like 2 bucks... its purple & clear and its got like 10 folders in it...it flaps over and closes with a small rubber thing that ties around a knob... sorry for the poor explination!! Its great b/c I have all my vendors in a different file...and its the size of a folder only like 2 inches thick.
me too....and mine is also purple!
