Wedding review- 7/21/02

OK I am seeing how everyone does these reviews so here goes-

Majestic Gardens- simply perfect. Everything from the service to the food. People are still raving about how they were offered seconds at dinner. The ceremony was held outdoors on the grounds. It was the most beautiful site for a ceremony that I have ever seen.

DJ, the spins (listed under Richard Chefalas, Flushing NY)- OK, I was very concerned. This was a friend of my husband, never saw him adverised, terrified he was going to suck. He was FABULOUS. I gave him a playlist and he gave us everything we wanted and then some. He had everyone up, dancing, and having a wonderful time.

Flowers, Floralcraft (Moriches)- dealt with Angel, she did a great job. I had ordered my own centerpieces, blown glass swans, from the internet, and she filled them with flowers, they were so beautiful people were fighting to take them home. My bouquet was exactly what I had asked for, she was on time, accommodating, and wonderful.

Photo/Video, ADA (Wading River)- If youve seen my previous posts you will know that I cannot stop raving about these wonderful people. I had my edited video 4 days after my wedding, and all of my beautiful proofs 8 days after my wedding. The quality was fantastic and I cannot believe how quickly i got my stuff.

Dresses- My dress came from Bridal Suite in Centerreach. I ordered it, it was ready in 2 weeks. They, of course, kept it for me until 3 day prior to the wedding. NO hassle, no worries. Bridesmaids came from Davids Bridal in Queens. Again, I had 9 maids, and all 9 dresses were ready in 6 weeks, no hassle, no stress. The girls did go elsewhere for alterations due to convenience.

Limos, Rainbow Limousines (Smithtown)- On time, did my bachelorette party and wedding, clean, courteous, and prompt.

Is it possible to have a PERFECT day? It must be, because I really did.

I love the swans, I had seen them before in a magazine and I think they are absolutely beautiful.
