mine is very similar to the diamond one. Fiance's is different. I say go with looks best on your hand - it's yours for the rest of your life!

Get both if you can afford it... that way you'll have one for any occasion.. I love the sentiment of each.. plus it can't hurt to have an extra wedding band.. then you can wear whichever one you're in the mood to wear that day.. I'm probably going to get one with diamonds and one without.
