Re: Wedding shoes

i got a pair of Nina shoes and they were SO SO SO comfortable.....i wanted to splurge and get something like manolos or jimmy choos but i ended up with a pair of Nina shoes b/c they were SO COMFORTABLE

my advice is go for comfort above all....and if you want to spend between $50-$100 then def check out Nina shoes....mine were only around $90 i think.....and i've worn them a few times since the wedding!

Re: Wedding shoes

I got 3 different pairs (crazy, i know...but couldnt make up my mind...) I surprisingly got them at Journey's. I found them online and got such great deals I couldnt pass them up.
One is a 3 1/2 inch, another is 3 and i got a thong sandal that has a 3 inch lift...

im getting my shoes at the same place i got my dress..

i wont spend a lot on them, not a lot at all...my shoes wont be able to be seen anways. my dress is poofy & long & covers my feet completely...

also, im tall. 5'8'' ...i dont want to be any taller, and i cant walk in heels

white cute ballet flats for me!

Agreed! Fh and I are both 6ft (he might have a slight 1/2inch on me though) and I definitely don't want to be taller than him on our wedding day. So, it will either be a cute pair of kitten heels or ballet shoes. As for the reception - I am definitely changing to flip flops (against my mother's wishes LOL).

Re: Wedding shoes

FH is a foot taller than me, but I have flat feet and 3' heels really hurt me...I figured I'd just wear a kitten heel or 1 or 2' since there is no way I'm getting anywhere near his height...do you think this will look alright??

ETA: I might be inclined to spend a little more than normal on my shoes since I am looking for shoes that I can probably wear again.

Re: Wedding shoes

I got mine from ninashoes.com. They were $100. They are 3' which will give me a little height but still be comfortable!
