wedding VERY soon.... who gets a tip?

who gets envelopes, and what amount, roughly

I know the:
DJ
photographer
limo driver

but what about the hall people? They get 15-20%, but do you just stuff that in an envelope and let them sort it out amoungst themselves?

I'm confused!

for my e-party i personally gave it to each member of the waitstaff, then went to the bar and gave it to them. Also valet i gave it to them myself
