How many of you gals that live with your FH have opened and used your gifts received thus far?

i opened them all at the shower but but them all back in their boxes or bags and have not used any of them. Not because its bad luck though

never heard of such a thing as openign gifts before the wedding and it being bad luck

i didnt know it was bad luck to use it either. I am not using my gifts now bc we dont live in the place we'll live after the wedding so i dont want to unpack things and use them before that

I've thought about it, but I still live at home, so I really don't need to. Plus I really want to save them to use with FH in our new home.

we have totally used some of our gifts!
seriously, sometimes you just need to break out the 50 cup coffee maker, or the food processor!

I dont use it bc as far as things such as coffee makers we use the one i have, although i never drink coffee but everyone else does. Pots and pans i use current ones, dishes, sheets and everything. If there was an appliance that i needed but dont currently have then i guess i would use it
