weddings costs

My stepson if getting married next year. I live on long island. Can anyone tell me the average costs for flowers and limosines for a wedding party with 3 bridesmaids? Thank You

We need a bit more detail... About how many guests are you expecting? Centerpieces cost per table, so number of guests is significant. How long will the limo be needed, and how many people are being transported?

This may be hard to answer, but is also significant: what is the level you plan to spend at? Is this going to be 'whatever it costs to be great' or 'on a budget, just enough to be beautiful'

Depending on what kind of limos you want, prices will vary. A 10 passenger limo runs around $300-$350. A Rolls Royce runs about $375-$425. Alternatively, an 8 passenger would probably be around $275. These are usually for 3 1/4 hours.

As far as flowers, every florist charges a different price. High centerpieces tend to run about $85 and up. Low centerpieces maybe $45 and up per table.

All depends. I used Burton's Florist and am getting a lot of flowers for less than some girls pay for 1/2 of what I am getting. Limos- all depends on size of cars, how long you need them and how many.
I am assuming you are asking because you might offer to pay for those items. That is really nice of you too. You could just give them a certain amount and let them spend it how they want. Then if they want some really expensive limo they can get it or if she wants to spend a ton on her bouquet she can. Or if they want to save on flowers and limos and use some of the $$ towards a video they can. Just a thought. Honestly I think couples really apprecaite the amount of money more than the item paid for. Does that make sense?
