lol thank you... as i just came back from stuffing my face at Applebees for my friends birthday.

anyway... so im doing the 'no white flour' thing.. like no white pastas, no white bread, no potatoes, too.... the whole wheat pasta is fantastic, i found these low carb wraps that are awesome...

and i guess just being active literally all day and not eating like crap.

i feel great, i love life right now, and im the happiest ive ever been. :)
