Weight issues for pictures

I myself don't plan on dieting or going to the gym unless I put on 5 pounds between now and the wedding. Otherewise, I don't consider myself skinny but not fat and I am quite comfortable being average and that is what I want to be for my wedding. No special dieting unless within time it is needed.

i did not diet. i kept normal. i wanted to look like myself- the way i have looked for the past 25 years. i just kept myself in shape. i work hard on my body, so i really didnt want to adjust it.

i was 7lbs thinner than my normal weight, but i think that was because of nerves. i lost it in the last month before the wedding.

i gained 5 of them back on my honeymoon.

I think you should do whatever makes you comfortable whether it be gain weight, lose or stay the same.
I personally want to defintiley lose, I joined a gym and plan on losing but also keeping it off, not just for the wedding.

I feel the same way. I've been wanting to lose weight - bc every since I met FH the weight has just been adding and adding Sooo I want to be the way I was when I met him... if possible. Im not going to kill myself and go on a crash diet - but I am def dieting until my wedding day. I want to look my best.

Doesn't it suck when that happens. For me the weight comes off my boobs and my butt.

I'm working w/ a trainer right now, but I don't want to peak too early bc its $$$ -- I am dieting as well, and I have actually dreamt about eating chocolate....SAD!!!!!!!!!! I am trying to lose 10-15lbs and tone up :) for those pictures & the dress.

I'd like to lose a little weight, but not much. I love the way I look in my dress. One thing I am concerned with is toning my upper body...I'm working on it! I don't want to look like a stick figure...more like an hour glass... I'm also worried about my skin. I break out so easily-- just started over the last year. That's what I'm working on the most.

Try to get to the weight your comfortable with, but don't kill yourself getting there. After all, the reason you lost the weight is becuase you're a new mom.... There's a part of me that thinks you'll enjoy remembering that.... despite your thinness... after all, the only thing more beautiful than getting married is becoming a mom....

Most importantly, in your quest for muscle, avoid those fake foods and shakes... eat real foods... meat / beans, veggies and pasta. healthy=happy...

I'm on the quest to lose another 20 lb in the next 8 months. I'm hoping I can do it, but if I can't so what..... FH loves me either way....
