Weight loss

i am doing LA Weight Loss and am down 23 lbs in 7 weeks ... its exactly like WW except it is 1 on 1 meeting instead of a group meeting .. I weigh in M/W/F and am usually in and out in 15 minutes .. since you way in so many times it makes you think of what you are putting in your mouth .. i did WW all my life just thought I'd use a change ..
