I decided to start this thread for all of us that need support, encouragement, or want to support someone else.
I am trying to stay motivated and get in shape by joining weight watchers. Let's hope I see some results!
We can do it!!

Re: Weight loss support thread
yeah I have been exercising here and there but I have b een dieting and I was doing good but I have hit abrick wall I have gone from a size 16 to a size 12 which I am happy about cuz I lost all of my pregnancy weight but now that I want to loose more I can't I am stuck I watch what I eat I can't follow any diet plan so I don't eat junkfood I barely eat fast food and if I do I get a grilled chicken sandwich. I guessI jsut haveto excercise a bit moe but its kinda hard when you work all day then come home cook dinner and then take care of a 9 moths old. When she goes to sleep at around 8pm I am tired and don't have the energy to excercise thats why I said I do it here and there

Hollie, you know I'm trying. I find myself very strict during the week, but weekends are a loss. I do walk every night though.
For extra support you can all comeon the slim down board as well!

Re: Weight loss support thread
This is a great idea! I'm really at a motivation low these days, and have been for awhile. Doesn't help that my gym's closing indefinitely starting Wednesday because their AC's out, and might be closing permanently (don't worry, not a LI gym, I'm upstate). Ugh.
FH joins me at the gym, but we're both pushovers, so if I don't feel like it, he won't pressure me, and vice versa. I need better motivation!

Re: Weight loss support thread
I have found that writing down everything I eat is helping. I am completely accountable for what goes in my mouth.
I just bought these WW candies and think they are great. I still get to eat chocolate that tastes good and know but keep on track.

Hips ARE NOT ugly my love- it's what makes us women...the fat that surrounds them...well, that's another story! we can get rid of that!!!! LOL but I love my shape...I just want to whittle it down a little
I never had nor do I have the desire to be super thin....I like to have some 'meat' on my bones!
anyway, I think it's a sin for any diet to be without ice cream...I could NEVER give it up! Frozen yogurt and sorbets are great! have that instead! also those Skinny Cow sandwiches and eskimo pie line of sugar free ice cream pops!
