Anyone doing it??? I am thinking of cancelling the gym and joining weight watchers and just walking or running every night.

I do it on and off and I have lost 15 lbs in 2 months, and I really dont stick to it constantly. I say go for it. It works.

Re: weight watchers
my boss just started it like a few weeks ago and she's already at her goal weight....all she did was change her eating habits...she doesnt go to the gym. i say go for it and see how it works for you.

Re: weight watchers
from what i understand it's not difficult at all, i'm pretty sure they give you a chart with numbers to go by.
actually, i think applebees follows their rating system, so if you join and you go out to eat there you can order meals and figure out how they affect your diet with the WW system.
go for it!!

Re: weight watchers
No, the first time you go there they explain everything, and once you get the materials you dont even need to go every week and spend the money. Now my friend just joined at work and every Monday I bring my scale in and we weigh ourselves and keep a tally to see the difference from week to week.

I have the montly pass it 39.95. If you pay weekly is 12.00. The montly pass is better because it like 9.22 a week.

I go to weight watcher too!! But I pay 13.00 a week, as recent as saturday. Ive tried pills, shakes, all that other stuff...this was the only thing that has worked for me, and once youknow it, it stays with you, and the program becomes like second nature! Youll be saying...'thats 2 points.' or 'thats 8 points' GO for it!
