Re: weight watchers
The choco PB ones are a 'high 1' point. Which means if they had 1/2 gram more of fat, or 1 less gram of fiber they would be 2 points. So, if you are really strict about counting, you might want to consider them 2 points...

I never know what size to get in their bikinis...so i just went with the medium and they ended up fitting perfect.

Ha Ha Ha. That is why it is good when I buy them. Unless I want to be extremely uncomfortable for the next few days, I know to only eat 1 a day. Maybe 2 if I space them apart by 8 hours.
So, even though they are more expensive than Special K bars, they are less points and I eat less of them - so I win all around.

Re: weight watchers
Ahhh those victoria secret models are driving me crazy with their perfect bodies.
Sad part is, its probably airbrushed.
Hopefully I'll get a chance to get weighed in this weekend...and hopefully I'll do well!

Re: weight watchers
ahh, models. Just remember, it is their JOB to look that way. They get paid for it. They spend thousands of dollars on trainers and the best skin care products to stay looking that way. Many of them have plastic surgery frequently to get rid of any 'imperfections.'
Before doing a photoshoot they get tanned, manicured, and sit in a chair for 5 hours to make their hair and makeup look better. Then the photographer spends hours trying to get the perfect lighting, and takes hundreds of shots. The one shot that is the best is used, and then they spend several hours being photoshopped and airbrushed to make the girls looks flawless.
I think ANYONE could be a model based on this process. That is why all women look amazing on their wedding day - especially in photos, because they actually have this process done. We all spend months trying to lose a few pounds, then we spend 2-3 hours on hair, nails, and makeup.
I actually came into this thread to proclaim I had a very un-weightwatchers lunch and now feel like crap. we had cuban food and the empanada was so oily I keep burping. And the rice is putting me into a food coma.

For those reasons...I have to say I'm glad I'm not a model. That's why i'm always reminding myself not to worry about how they look- because its not reality for normal folk like us.
Don't worry about one bad lunch...as long as you enjoyed! There are sooo many times I cheat. You just have to move on

Re: weight watchers
Down .6 lbs this week. My 10% goal is mocking me, because I am now .2 lbs away from it.
We went into the city on Saturday and none of us ate much, so we went to a diner at midnight. I had a chicken philly, but I took most of the cheese off and only had a few fries. But it definitely didn't help me for my 8am weigh-in.
Took my mom out to Parkside last night. Ate WAY TO MANY carbs, but it is not something we do all the time, so it's OK. This week I will just make sure to not use flex point.

That's great!!! I'm so annoyed because I totally sabotaged myself last week. The cuban food on Friday combined with a few drinks and city food on Saturday really messed me up. otherwise I would have had a 2 lb weight loss.
Well, today is a new day and I go back on track!

Congrats on all the losses. Dont beat your self up for what you ate Friday and Saturday. Remember any loss is better than a gain!!
