oooh..ya gotta watch the soup thing also...I figured out the other day that if you have 2 servings, its 1 point, and then for each additional it might be more. The recipe is based on a one cup serving for 0 pts...but if you have more, you have to multiply the calories, fiber, & fat by 2, then you'll get your points. I get weighed in tomorrow morning...i am going to do it first thing before i eat anything. i think i'm eating too much salt and am retaining water.

bedda26, have you gone to any of the meetings ? if you havent, you should because they will give you a book that has tons of foods and their points value, and they will also give you the point calculator..

I hope drinking and retaining all this water doesn't make us gain weight.
I only went to one meeting so far but I intend to go everyweek. I get weighed on Monday plase keep your fingers crossed....i'm nervous. Tomorrow I have to save all the points that I can because I am going to my friends house and her mom is cooking (italian) I better look at my book tonight and plot out different options for me...LOL

If you are getting weighed on monday, then I have some advice for you for sunday.
Sunday night, do not eat anything high in salt or sugar, because it will effect your weight at weigh in. Try to have a big salad with grilled chicken for dinner on sunday, or something light like that.
Make sure you drink half your body weight in water. You need that much water, to clean you out. Water will not make you gain weight, It helps you lose it.
As for the soup, I made it when I was on the plan, but I added more stuff to it, so it had more taste. I thought the WW way was too bland.
Good Luck.

I don't have an office job or anywhere to prepare lunch. I'm a mail carrier and I'm always outside working at lunch time, so the most convenient lunch for me is a sandwich...here's a typical day for me:
B: 1 Nutra Grain bar w/ an apple or orange OR 1 cup of cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk and a piece of fruit
L: 2 slice light bread, mustard or 1 Tbsp. light mayo, 1 slice of fat free bologna(it's not bad and has 0 points!), 1 slice of ff cheese, OR, 2 Tbsp. light peanut butter with a smear of jelly, OR tuna with light mayo. With my sandwich I always have a little snack like a granola bar or a rice krispy treat.
D: Smart ones meal with spinach or broccoli mixed in. OR A lean pocket with veggies.
S: I almost always have an entire bag or microwave popcorn.
I have a sweet tooth and I can't follow any program that restricts me from my sweets. My little afternoon snack at about 3pm that I bring with my sandwich is perfect. I absolutely love WW and never feel deprived on it.

I had a BBQ last night. I couldn't help it. My brother is so good at BBQing. So I had one small chicken wing, one sausage and two pieces of Spare Ribs with bbq sauce. I used up most of flex points over the weekend. I don't think i'll have a successful weigh in tonight and I'm kind of bummed out about it...

I snacked on like 20 chips of lays potato chips and dipped it in a french onion dip that my MIL made for me. I am disappointed with myself and the way I ate over the weekend. I shouldn't be disappointed tonight if I see I didn't loose anything because I only have myself to blame for that.

I tend to eat every few hours. So for breakfast I'll either have low-fat whole wheat waffles with sugar-free syrup (3-4 points, depending on syrup). Or, I'll have an english muffin with spray butter (2 pts) and a half-cup of fat-free cottage cheese with pineapple (2 pts). Then I'll have a cup of grapes later in the morning (1 pt). For lunch, I'll usually have a salad with dressing and maybe some beans for anywhere from 1-4 pts (try the Wendy's garden side salads with low-fat Ranch!). Then maybe a yogurt in the afternoon (2-3 pts). So, for dinner, I eat eggs, pasta, turkey burgers, fat-free hot dogs, salad, chicken.... lots of possibilities, although I tend to rotate on 4 or 5. I always leave room for dessert, though! WW flying saucers, Healthy Pop popcorn, Cinnaraisins, strawberries with Cool Whip, etc. Good luck!
