Just ignore if you don't want to read this... I have tried and failed WW now 6 times. I checked my bank balance yesterday and saw that WW had put through the online service (which I had approved and asked them for etc) and I took it as a sign to go ahead and give it one last go. ON top of that Fergie was on Larry King Live last night and she looks friggin fabulous...another sign.
So I need lots of support!!! Let's hang in there together. I'm getting married 9-6-03, so the way I figure it, I have about 34 weeks or so to lose 25-40 lbs, which can be done! HELP ME GIRLS!

Re: Weight Watchers...again
Went to the gym at lunch, so am feeling good. I have about 10.5 pts left for the day. I am starving now though!! Just had a popcorn snack to tide me over. Something about the cold I guess, makes me so hungry. Isnt it amazing that you can eat the same thing on 2 different days, and sometimes its so satisfying and filling- and others you are still hungry after??

Re: Weight Watchers...again
OK, had my weigh in last night, and I lost 1/2 pound. Not bad considering that I was so bad on Friday I stopped adding up my points Now that I am going into week 4, I can finally account for my activity points, so hopefully that will keep the weight loss going. I was a little bummed about only losing 1/2 lb, but then I realized that if I keep going at that pace, I will still reach goal w. lots of time before my wedding (hopefully!!)

Re: Weight Watchers...again
I fear we are all losing our resolve. Either that or weight loss gets really boring after two weeks. Maybe both? I have felt the need for recommitment myself this week. I lost, but I need to remain vigilant....

Re: Weight Watchers...again
I have had some resolve issues myself the past few days, but am toughing through it. Today I REALLY wanted a tuna melt for lunch (dont ask- others crave choclate, I crave bread and cheese) But I was SO good and got a salad instead. It was touch and go there for a while though. One of my BMs gave me a tip that I think may work-for her HM diet, she went out a got a tiny bikini and hung it in her closet. Every day she looked at it, and that was her incentive to keep losing the weight. Am thinking of doing this. If only I could avoid going into a store and actually shopping for a bikini that is Found a WW snack that is pretty good- Skinny Chips. Its 2 pts for 2 cups, and they are pretty tasty, and give that crunchy feel that a lot of lowfat chips are missing. I am now addicted to them

Re: Weight Watchers...again
Went to weigh in yesterday, lost 1.2 lbs. That maks it almost 7 in 4 weeks (hooray!). I bet if I was good on the weekends, I would be doing even better but I am happy w. my slow and steady weight loss.
