Weight Watchers...again

Original post by Thrilled

Just ignore if you don't want to read this...
I have tried and failed WW now 6 times. I checked my bank balance yesterday and saw that WW had put through the online service (which I had approved and asked them for etc) and I took it as a sign to go ahead and give it one last go. ON top of that Fergie was on Larry King Live last night and she looks friggin fabulous...another sign.

So I need lots of support!!! Let's hang in there together. I'm getting married 9-6-03, so the way I figure it, I have about 34 weeks or so to lose 25-40 lbs, which can be done! HELP ME GIRLS!

Re: Weight Watchers...again

hmi - I felt that way earlier this week. I avoided greens for about 2 days and after that I felt fine and returned to the greens. Just give it a rest for a day or two and see how that works....

Re: Weight Watchers...again

I'm wondering if my tummy is going through that today. For two weeks, I've been eating salads for lunch (mostly romaine) with balsamic vinegar. Today, not such a good feeling. blah

Lauren - just don't eat any today...body is being a little weird, that's all. The fun part is when you eat healthy for like a month, you won't be able to eat sugar or grease! You'll feel like you've been poisoned!

I think I am in denial over how bad I was this weekend I have to get weighed in tonight, and I am not looking forward to it...I have been working out a lot though, trying to balance the WW program w. my weekend social schedule

Re: Weight Watchers...again

Hi! good luck tonight at your weigh in!

I'm kinda losing motivation, I HATE that I have not messed up, but last night I did go over a point or two Today I will do better. It's just soooo cold out, all I want to do is just sit at home in my PJ's and EAT all day! AAAAAAAAAAH, the comfort of eating!

Don't worry, I'm staying strong though!

I COULDN'T resist!

The cafeteria is serving Veggie Quesadillas!! I'm so cold at my desk, I just could NOT do a salad today! So I got it! It's 6pts for 1/2 6', but this is more like 1/2 of 12'!!! I guess no dinner for me tonight!

Re: Weight Watchers...again

mmmm quesadillas, I am jealous!! I am trying to be sneaky, and going to the gym now since my weigh in is tonight. Maybe I can shed some of those points I scarfed down this weekend

Re: Weight Watchers...again

OK I just had salmon (grilled), which is high pts but so good for you. I also had these teeny chicken cutlet pieces. I was so frickin hungry today...I think the cold weather has speeded up my metabolism. BACK ON TRACK!

Re: Weight Watchers...again

OctBride03, most likely you won't even be hungry for dinner!!! Have veggies and fruit to save some points

Re: Weight Watchers...again

Rachel, I also had salmon today, its not too high in pts, its 7 pts for 6oz, which is about 2 palms of your hand... With a cup of rice, mine was 11 pts.

Oh yeah, and I realized that tomato juice is 0 pts, but its super filling, so I am drinking that now.

But so far, I had 21.5 pts today, and can only have 1.5 more not to go over. I have been bad with gym also b/c of weather = > even my warm coat leaves me chilly.

Re: Weight Watchers...again

The problem with me is that I'm RARELY hungry. I have a CRAVING problem!!! I could be soooo full, if I'm craving something, I'll eat it! I have to get outta that!
