Re: Weightloss
Like all diets please be careful with this one. The food and number of calories you can eat is so limited that I know people that have passed out....just please be careful. Ok, that's the mom in me coming out.

It's DEF the 500 calorie diet! As soon as you go back to your normal diet, your weight will creep back up. Unfortunatley, there is no quick fix, just plain old diet and exercise!
Good luck!

Exactly this, any diet that cuts your calories so low is going to make you gain weight as soon as you start eating normally again. Have you tried weight watchers? I just started in January and I love it, I have NO will [power and I have been doing it so anyone can..def try it out!

500 cal!?!? That's not good... and your body will be in shock when you start eating normally again. Better to just make a lifestyle change I think. It's hard work, belive me, I make my lunch almost every day and it's lots of planning but you will feel great.

I know lots of people who use WW and it's pretty healthy.

Re: Weightloss
They advise that you not do the 500 cal without the drops. The drops are supposed to prevent your metabolism from slowing down (which is what normally happens with such low calories), so that after you are done with the plan you don't gain all the weight back. My sister has kept the weight off for over 2 mths now and looks fantastic! However she was never really overweight and exercises regularly.

I have tried every diet imaginable! 2 things that worked best for me was isagenix and weight watchers. but because i dont want to spend the money lol. i have been eating 1,200 calories a day, high protein low carb. and in 2 weeks i lost 6 pounds. I downloaded on my iphone my fitness pal calorie counter and i input everything i eat and it counts it for. a must download!

Re: Weightloss
I've heard that it does nothing, that it just because you cut your calories so low. The shots do work but who is going to start injecting themselves with needles just to loose weight lol I wouldn't.
You're better off eating about 1,200 calories a days and exercising for an hour at least 3 times a week and you will loose weight the healthy way. Weight Watchers is also a very good program.
Good luck!

Re: Weightloss
I'm an actress and when I need to lose weight fast I eat this. It isn't fun, and it isn't realistic long term, but it works! Like I can lose 7 pounds in 1 week.
Meal 1: egg whites, cream of wheat, flax, Mrs. Dash
Meal 2: 1/2 pear, Greek yogurt unsweetened (umm with Truvia and cinnamon!!)
Meal 3: veggies and chicken and 1/2 cup quinoa(or egg whites if don't eat meat)
Meal 4: whey protein and water plus 1/2 apple or 1 TB almond butter and 1/2 fruit
Meal 5: fish and salad and 1/2 sweet potato
Meal 6: if hungry, whey protein or eggwhites (mmm hahah)
anyway, try to eat meals every 2.5 to 3 hours to keep metabolism up. FM me if you have questions, and good luck!

Re: Weightloss
HCB drops have not proven to be effective and were based on a 500 calorie diet per day. A great way to lose weight is to combine a balanced diet with yoga. I am a yoga instructor and can help you with your nutrition and weight loss. I teach Ashtanga and also give private lessons. Please make sure to be careful and lose weight in a healthy manner, because the most important thing is for you to be happy and healthy on your wedding day! Namaste

Re: Weightloss
500cals a day cannot be good for you long term. That's barely any food in you!

This stuff is good ..not good as a meal replacement ..my FH has been on the P90x for quite a few years and finally got me to start Turbofire .. Proper diet by cutting your calorie intake down to about 1600 per day by eating clean and smaller meals with exercise will do the trick...just have to be patience with the weight loss..it takes more than a week...lol

Re: Weightloss
I'm planning on doing this temporarily....and then maintain it with exercise after...I don't see myself taking in only 500 cal a day. This is just a quick fix but def needs maintenance after. They had a deal at lifebooker so I decided to try it out....will let you guys know if it does work!
