Weird Note on a Reply Card

Very very nasty and childish. It's no wonder she's single. I say you're better off that she's not coming. Who needs that kind of negativity around you on your wedding day?

I said this in another post, and I'll say it again (and probably again!!) Weddings are a good weeding out process. They tend to bring out the best and the worst in people. I've lost a good friend during the planning process, and found out that I have very GOOD friends in places I didn't realize. This is a good time for you to decide who you will take forward with you into your new life, and who is better off left behind.

Try not to let her nastiness bring you down for one second!! She's not worth it.

Great idea Misty!!

So here is the update. Her mother called me back today.....her mother IS coming to the wedding. I made pleasant chatter with her for 30 minutes her...new granddaughter...who's coming or not...who not to sit her with....blah, blah, blah. She said who she was coming with. Didn't mention her daughters at all, and I was not going to bring it up.

One happy little thing she added. She will not come inside to the ceremony room because I am having a priest with my rabbi. But that is for another thread.

Any volunteers to head out to NJ on 5/10 to let the air out of her tires.............

I'd send her a thank you note after the wedding saying something like...

I'm so glad you couldn't make it to our wedding. The day was perfect, the flowers were beautiful, and your absence only added to my joy!

I'm sure it will all be true!!

OMG I would pick up the phone and call her and be like 'what is wrong with you ' That is sick

Clearly she has issues....I wouldn't worry about it.
