Weird Question- Priest w/o Pre-Cana
FH has told me that I could raise the kids Catholic, but he is not anything and doesn't want to belong to anything right now and also doesn't want to do pre-cana.
I know this probably sounds crazy to a bunch of you...but does anyone know of a priest who would perform such a ceremony at Flowerfield?
I don't know if the marriage would be recognized by the church without pre-cana, but for now...the presence of a priest would make my family happy. If he decides he does officially want to convert later, then we'll do a private or small thing and have our marriage officially recognized.
I thought there was a former Catholic priest who still goes by 'Father....' etc...
