Yeah, I've only donr that in college when the building had plumbing problems.
Sometimes I even flush twice.
Weird side note, in my old apt, the toilet flushed it self sometimes.
Weird side note #2: I knew a couple who trained their cat to use the toilet...and to flush!
Now if a cat can do it.....

I was shocked to see 51 people say never! I haven't been on since last night and I'm wondering if somebody was doing it as a joke. I think it's absolutely gross to never flush.

um, i always flush. even if i'm throwing a tissue into the toilet.
how could anyone let anything sit in there with all the germs all day. I'm sorry, but that's really nasty!

always. why would you not flush?
the only time i wouldn't is if it was in the middle of the night and i didn't want to wake anyone. and that would be if it was #1!

I agree. Would you ever go to the bathroom in a public toilet that wasn't flushed? I'm sure most people would say no, so why would you do it at home?
