Welcome Letter / Timeline

Hey Girls,
Single digits, SCARY!
Does anyone have a template for a Welcome Letter for the Hotel Bag. I am looking for a cute poem or a timeline to include information about the shuttle / breakfast the next morning.

Thanks!
