For the earthquake day...if my DC friends all left work to drink, I am at least making tacos

Ohhhhh yummy

I make my taco filling with lean ground turkey, black beans, bell peppers, corn, seasonings (paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, Chili pepper and cayenne pepper), and I put some Santa fe brown rice in with it. It lasts for a few nights to re heat
