We got pre-approved at the end of July, found a house about a week or so later, and now the closing is September 3! I'm excited, but nervous at the same time. We're also taking out an equity loan soon after closing to pay off our credit cards. I honestly don't know how to feel? We didn't know if we'd get approved or not, but we did! We're doing a 100% financing and paid CC. It's just a little bit more than what we're paying for the house that we're renting.
