went dress shopping today w/pics

So, i went dress shopping today for the 1st time. I went to Paradise Bridal in Patchuge. And i fell in love! It was the 1st dress i tried on and totally not what i was looking for but something told me to give it a try, and i loved it! its a Maggie Sottero mermaid style dress.. There was also anohter Maggie Sottero dress that i loved but mom says i need to keep looking at other places just to make sure! ahh im so excitied now!

Both dresses are gorgeous! You can't go wrong with either one..My advice is definitely let it process a few weeks before going dress shopping again. Trust me.

They say most of the time the 1st dress you ever put on ends up being 'the one' because its your first image of yourself as a bride (blah blah blah).
The 1st dress I put on was a mermaid and I was so excited, I was anti ballgown the rest of the day. I even tried on my (now) dress and was like 'yea its gorgeous, lets keep going'.
Then I processed for a month and had a very different opinion. I was able to think clearly and remember what I always wanted deep down inside.

Either way you can't make a bad decision, just keep processing. Good luck!

I love both of them and I know what it is like to fall in love with 2 totally different styles. Give it alittle time and go back and try them both on and see how you feel. That helped me

I also like both dresses and they are just so dfferent. I also fell in love with a Maggie Sottero gown yesterday...the Victoriana...I suddenly had a special feeling when I put on the dress and I cannot get it out of my head.

paradise bridal is AMAZING!!! who did you work with? Patty?? my sister got her dress there. the dress i am getting they don't have there (its a maggie) but i am ordering it there. my sister is having an AMAZING experience there!! congrats!!!! once i found the one i loved, and kept comparing it to everything i have been trying on. good luck!!!

I love them both but #1 is IMO my fav, but wow they certanly are different from eachother! how'd u get pics of them up on here? you cant take them off her webpage...?
