I love Teppanyaki (in Epcot - Japanese hibatchi place 'casue it's fun & I had never been to one until there).
Artist Pointe at the Wilderness Lodge
Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge
Hoop Dee Doo Review (for fun show & fried chicken/ribs type of eats)
Ohana at the Polynesian (all you can eat)

I LOVE Disney!!
My favorite restaurants are
Teppanyaki (which WC mentioned ) Alfredo's in Italy in Epcot Hollywood Brown Derby in MGM Fulton's Crab House (in downtown Disney) le Cellier Steakhouse in Canada (epcot)

We had dinner with the characters in one of the hotels on Disney's property...THe food wasn't all that great, but it was a ton of fun.

Our favorite is the Yachtsmen Steakhouse at the Yacht Club
Other faves: Boatrights - Port Orleans Riverside Caseys Hot Dogs - Magic Kingdom Main Street Sci-fi Drive Inn - MGM *food isn't great, but I like the atmosphere

Forgot Sci-Fi Drive-In - it's fun.
50's Primetime Cafe actually is very yummy too (killer pot roast) bbut be prepared to clean your plate or your waitress won't let you have dessert.
California Grill is highly regarded, but I didn't really like it - the food was too 'exotic' for me (I am very picky and not adventurous). But if your have reservations when fireworks are going off at MK, it's a great view.
There really are just TONS of places to eat!

We loveeeee the Kona Cafe in the Polynesian. They have the best desserts. We also always go eat at the Garden Grill in Epcot. Its pretty healthy and they get all the vegetables from what they grow in the land exibit.

I second (third forth) the California Grill at the contemporary. If you time it right, you can actually see the fireworks at the magic kingdom through the windows during dinner (and they even pipe in the music!) (If you want to do that, figure on a seating time around 1.5 hours before the fireworks - a lot of times, people on the disboards know when the fireworks will be (or should be)

you guys are the best! We are going 2/28-3/4.... I'm excited! Although, I hate flying! FH is sooo cute, I think he's more excited than me... he's more concerned of the atmosphere of the restaurant than the food... I'm going to try to get PS for California Grill, Hoop de hoop, 50's Prime Time, Sci Fi, Brown Derby, and Cinderella Castle... wish me luck! PS,... did I mention, I HATE FLYING!!!!! LOL

FYI - the Sci Fi, 50's Primetime Cafe & Brown Derby are all in MGM's park. I don't know if you will want to go there three times for meals.
Oh, and call disney now to get priority seating, especially for Cinderella's Castle!

I love Disney!! Sorry but I haven't been there in years, so I can't help you with any restaurants. I hope my FH will take me there soon. Maybe for our honeymoon. Hhhmmm, that might be a good idea. Anyway, have fun!!!!
