Were there any songs your DJ played that you were like ehhh?

For the ladies that didn't give EXACT lists to their DJ..... Were there any songs your DJ played that you were like ehhh??

FH and I love all types of music and it will be too darn hard to pick every single song we want played..... So we are making a list of songs we'd like to play in the hopes he gets the idea and the direction we're going. Let me know your thoughts.

We chose songs we definitely wanted to hear and then songs we did not want to hear, inclusive of specific genres

All in all, we liked how the day went...and so did our parents

Thanks Ali!! I think I'll do about 30 songs just to give the idea... there is also a checklist that the DJ has to check off songs we'd like...etc...

I hope he gets it.. :) No cheeseball songs allowed.

when we had our final meeting with our band, we specifically told him we did not want any rap/reggae/hip hop at our wedding. everything else was fair game. we didn't give him any specific songs that he could or could not play. i had seen him pplay enough at other weddings that i trusted him to have everyone on the floor the whole time with me guiding him on h is song selections.

He played an amazing range of songs that our guests are still raving about (which made me feel so great knowing how much i spent on them!)
plus it hink since i didn't dictate what he could and could not play it made everything more spontaneous, but that's just me

My DJ didnt play all my must-songs which I was upset about...However, he didnt play a song that I would have been like W*T*F???????

To be honest, I couldnt tell you what was played and what wasnt played at our wedding! I wouldnt stress too much!
