i was also told they don't block rooms at Red roof. Their low price will stay the same. so guests can still book there if they want.
Tracyg- You can block rooms at the Red Roof Inn. You must do at least ten to get a discount (which isn't much), but at least it sets the rooms aside for you. You have to call the Group Reservation hotline for all Red Roof Inns and book through there. If you want I have the number at home. I didn't block there cause I found out their low rate was for one person in the room
If I had two people in a room then the rate went up to what the Wingate told me. I couldn't believe that!

I blocked rooms at the Red Roof as well, because I wanted a less expensive alternative to the Wingate, although its only $10 cheaper for 4 people in a room, but they do break it down per person like babybride said!

What centerpieces would look better in the Manor room? high or low? Which ones are you using? I am alittle worried that my pictures & Video are gonna come out dark since the room is a little dark. Did anyone see pictures from a wedding the manor room? If so how did they come out?

Please post pictures of your sweetheart and cake table. I told my florist I would show him a picture of the tables togeter. WE were trying to figure out whethjer or not our table gets flowers I think the caked table would be enough since it pretty much covers your table.

Yes, I plan to write my name and wedding date on everything I drop off and I will probably put in all in a box with a list.Unless they tell me otherwise and their way is better

When you go to the WM a week before the wedding you hand in your final count, guest list in alphabetical order with corresponding table numbers thsi way if your guest don't pick up or lose their place cards, they don't have to bother you to ask you where they are sitting, place cards, and the options if you want: photos that you want displayed, cake knife, toasting flutes, menus, table names, etc. I put everything in a box and labeled it with my name, wedding date and that it's the Manor Room.
