Felicia said it was a toss up between showing the sweet shop or the carnival cart at the showcase and the sweet shop won. We added the carnival cart when we booked just to have something different. We gave out candy apples to the kids at our engagement party and had to fight off the adults for them. She said it was pretty big and it might be shown at the next showcase in October. Too bad we will have to wait til then!

I agree the cake was not the best!!!! I tried a cake at the Chateau Briand showcase tonight and it was sooooo moist.


Hey, it was nice to see we all came out tonight! I agree the cake at Chateau Briand was sooo good. It was another baker, definitely not Erga!

Okay for the candy buffet...they will let you do your own..because I personally was not impressed with it.

My mother wanted more chocolate too..that was going to be one of my upgrades but I didn't do any last night. Has anyone seen the carnvial cart??

As of now my mom wants to pay for us to add on something..leaning toward the foundtain..just the chocolate though


They do allow you to do your own but you have to get the approval of your BM and the head chef. I would speak to your BM before you plan anything

I really didnt see anyone at the showcase . I did recognize one person who use to be on here....I think her screen name was Goldie. I didn't think the cakes were that bad. Fh and I actually liked them. The chocolate was the best though. I went to three weddings last year. 2 of them never served the cake, and the one that did it was terrible.

fh and I agreed that the chocolate cake was the best of the 3 by far. I refuse to pay more for a cake and there is soooo much other food I am not worried. we decided on chocolate cake with strawberries and the baileys cream. Figured it was something different


chris you can have baileys cream in the cake???

I think you should do the fountain over the carnival cart
