I don't think you'll be able to pick what you want because I think they get the arrangements weekly or every few days, so the arrangements for a wedding that happened a day before you may very well be your same arrangements. I've been to a wedding there this past summer and honestly, I didn't even notice the escort card/guest book arrangements. Everyone was so focused on other things like...the food! lol. But if you absolutely don't like them, I'm sure they could take them away and let you use your own.

oh ok. I am not doing any floral arrangements so i was just going to do simple candle things for those tables and put rose petals on the tables. i guess i will have to think about it.

they basically go with you to the ceremony and reception and make sure everything is the way is supposed to be making sure everyone gets there on time, giving directions to the people at the catering hall,
